Proportional increases in separate houses

The 2021 Census recorded 71.6% of dwellings are separate houses, increasing from 64.8% from the previous Census in 2016.

The 2021 Census recorded 71.6% of dwellings are separate houses, increasing from 64.8% from the previous Census in 2016. Semi-detached dwellings, and flat or apartment units counted 12.7% and 14.5% of all dwellings respectively.
